Wisconsin sees the number of new COVID-19 cases go back above one-thousand for the first time in a week. The state Department of Health Services reports 1,239 positive tests on Thursday–the first time it was four-figures since last Friday. The positivity rate was 17-percent. There were another eleven deaths–bringing the statewide total to 6,140. Two of those deaths were in Brown County. Waupaca County reported one death.
Brown County had 56 new cases. Outagamie County reported 55. Winnebago County was up by 44–while Calumet County had 17 new cases.
