State Department of Corrections releases prison death numbers

The Department of Corrections is now providing the numbers of COVID-related deaths in each of the state’s prisons. The Oshkosh Correctional Institution has recorded four deaths. The Dodge Correctional Facility in Waupun has also seen four deaths. There have been two deaths at the prison in Fox Lake. The Green Bay Correctional Institution and the Taycheedah women’s prison have reported one death each. Twenty-five inmates in total have died from coronavirus.
