Wisconsin is nearing half-a-million cases of coronavirus. There were 3,791 positive tests on Thursday, bringing the total to more than 498-thousand. The positivity rate was 37-percent. The state Department of Health Services reports another 40 COVID-related deaths. The death toll now stands at 5,079.
