A scaled down 2021 Grammy ceremony was scheduled for January 31st. The show wasn’t going to have a live audience and a smaller stage, but now due to the latest spike in Covid cases it has been postponed to an unspecified date. According to Rolling Stone it will be held in March, but that has not been confirmed.
There were only a couple of Razor Rock artists nominated this year and all for “Best Metal Performance.” That includes “The In-Between” by In This Moment and “Underneath” by Code Orange. check out both videos below.
The site for the annual Grammy awards is the Staple’s Center in Los Angeles, but after the holidays California saw a single day record of 74,000 new Covid cases on January 4th. With area hospitals spread thin the organizers were seemingly left with no choice.
