The city of Appleton reports one of its youngest coronavirus victims. The city Health Department says the person was in their 40’s when they passed away over the weekend. Until now, the victims were at least in their 60’s or older. The person lived in the Outagamie County portion of the city. There have now been 46 COVID-related deaths in Appleton.
