Wisconsin is starting to see a decline in the positivity rates for COVID-19 tests. The state Department of Health Services reports 25-percent of tests came back positive on Sunday. That is the lowest rate in a week. There were 3,095 new cases reported today–with six more deaths. The statewide death toll is now 3,011.
Outagamie County had 73 new cases. Winnebago County reported 49. Brown County saw 56 new cases–while Calumet County had 20.
