We now know what Chevelle have been up to during this past year. The two Loeffler brother Pete (vocals/guitar) and Sam (drums) posted an update online stating their new album is done. Sam said:
“It’s all finished. The album’s done and we should have a release date very shortly…We’re going to shoot a video [this] week for the single. We’re excited about that, excited to get working again.”
To wet our whistle while we wait for new Chevelle Pete Loeffler posted an acoustic version of the new song “Endlessly”
Before Covid hit and just before their show this past Decemeber in Oshkosh Cutter caught up with drummer Sam Loeffler about the fact that they were going to working on a new album and gave some information on how they’d handle who’ll be playing bass for the band after their brother-in-law Dean Bernardini left at the end of 2019.
