The number of new coronavirus cases in Wisconsin eclipses six-thousand for the first time. The state Department of Health Services reports 6,141 positive tests today–setting a single-day record. Thirty percent of the tests were positive. There were another 62-deaths today–bringing the statewide total to 2,218. Five of those deaths were in Brown County. Winnebago County saw two deaths–and Outagamie County had one.
224-people were admitted to hospitals–the second highest single day number yet.
Brown County reported 252 new cases today. Outagamie County was up by 186. Winnebago County recorded 158-cases–while Calumet County was up by 35.
