Students in the Oshkosh School District are heading back to the classroom next week. The district announces plans to move to a phase three hybrid learning model starting on Thursday, November 12th. That means Oshkosh kids will alternate days of in-person and on-line learning. Oshkosh schools have been fully on-line since the start of the school year.
