Some school districts in Wisconsin will offer rapid COVID-19 testing for staff.
Ted Neitzke is the CEO of CESA 6, the Cooperative Education Service Agency. He feels the problem with keeping kids in school is keeping faculty and staff healthy. He says they worked out a deal with a lab and are opening six initial testing sites. They include Oshkosh, Kimberly, Menasha and Greenville.
It typically takes two to three days or longer to get test results. Under the partnership, results will be delivered within 24 hours, with many results coming back in eight to 12 hours.
