Governor Tony Evers’ restrictions on capacity for bars and restaurants are back in effect. A Barron County judge reinstates the measure while a lawsuit continues over its legality. The Wisconsin Tavern League sued the Governor, claiming he did not have the authority to issue the order without Legislative approval. The same judge issued a temporary restraining order last week blocking enforcement until today’s hearing. The capacity limits are back to 25-percent for affected businesses.
