Staffers at the Oshkosh parks department are putting together a way to celebrate Halloween during the pandemic.
It’s called Truck or Treat, and it’s a combination of Zooloween Boo and Touch a Truck.
Facilities Manager Jenny McCollian says families will be able to stay in their cars, and drive through Menominee Park on Saturday. Volunteers will be handing out treats from booths along the shoreline.
She’s encouraging people to dress up and even decorate their car.
McCollian says they’re only selling 500 tickets for Saturday’s event. The cost $10 per family. There are two time slots, and people need to buy the tickets ahead of time on the parks department’s website.
