Corey Taylor, frontman of Slipknot and Stone Sour frontman has released a browser-based wrestling video game named after his debut solo album, CMFT. The game is available at thecoreytaylor.com, but you’ll need to connect to Spotify or Apple Music to play it. There are four characters to choose from, and their names are all based on songs from the album. You can pick between Culturehead, Billy “Black Eyes” Blue, Howie 666, or Corey Mother Fucking Taylor as your wrestler. When sharing the news about the game, Taylor said:
“There can only be one champion. Battle for the ‘CMFT’ Title Belt and claim it as your own.”
Based on the “championship belt” that he shows off in his “CMFT Must Be Stopped” video and that he premiered “Culture Head” on WWE NXT, Taylor is obviously a wrestling fan. WWE Superstar, Triple H, also shared Taylor’s cover of “Ace Of Spades” recently. All those songs, plus the live version of “Halfway Down” from his Forum Or Against ‘Em event can be seen below.
