The alternate care facility will be able to give patients oxygen, treatments through IVs, and other care.
CEO Deb Standridge says they’re partnering with an ambulance company to get the patients there. She says they’ll drive to pick them up at a hospital, and bring them to the facility.
She expects their patients will be between 18 and 70 years old.
About 300 of the beds will have lines of oxygen available.
