The spike of coronavirus cases in the Fox Valley is putting the economic recovery at risk.
Greater Oshkosh Economic Development Corporation CEO Jason White says companies might have to send workers home again. He says there’s a ripple effect on businesses and production when fewer workers are available, because they’re sick or need to quarantine.
White points out construction was a major driver of the economic recovery in the Fox Valley area this summer, and that industry will be slowing down soon, because of the colder weather.
