People would’ve been packed along College Avenue in downtown Appleton tomorrow, if not for coronavirus.
The annual Octoberfest celebration isn’t happening, but some of the nonprofits that raise money with their booths will still try to get support.
Organizer Eric Stadler says the groups are partnering with businesses. Those businesses are donating a portion of their sales on certain days, or doing other things.
There’s a list of those businesses and nonprofits on the Octoberfest website.
The annual License to Cruise was also called off tonight.
