A plant in Chilton has about $75,000 in damage, after a fire broke out yesterday afternoon.
Firefighters went to Kaytee Products on Clay Street, and there was heavy smoke around some equipment. The sprinklers helped contain the flames.
Two firefighters were hurt — one had an ankle injury, and another suffered from heat exhaustion.
Eight departments from around the area were also on the scene.
