Multiple sources have reported that the Big Ten will cancel the 2020 football season and attempt to move it to the spring semester. The announcement is expected early this week. According to Dan Patrick, from The Dan Patrick Show, the Big Ten and Pac-12 will cancel the seasons on Tuesday.
The Big Ten president’s met on Sunday to discuss the upcoming season and sources have said that only Iowa and Nebraska voted to play this fall, bringing the vote to 12-2 to postpone/cancel the fall football season.
Wisconsin is scheduled to hold its first practice of preseason camp today.
