Throughout the various stages of the Covid-19 pandemic, a slew of artists have joined together to make videos, perform virtual concerts, write new music, release covers, and basically have new creative avenues. Now it seems that a few artists have decided to form a bit of a “Supergroup” with plans to release a new cover song on Thursday.
According to Nita Strauss’ (Alice Cooper) social media pages, she, along with Chris Jericho (Fozzy), Johnny Christ (Avenged Sevenfold), Phil Demmel (formerly Machine Head) and Josh Villalta (Drummer/ Manager for Nita Strauss solo band) have decided to form ‘The Wheelblocks.’ The plan is to release a cover of Iron Maiden’s “Aces High” on Thursday morning at 11AM through Loudwire.
Quarantine jam?? Don’t mind if we do ✈️
