Mongolian rock group The Hu released a deluxe edition of their album The Gereg. The deluxe copy has three of their songs re-made with special guest artists, Jacoby Shaddix of Papa Roach, From Ashes To New’s Danny Case, and Lzzy Hale from Halestorm. The album also added three acoustic versions of their songs “Shoog Shoog”, “Yuve Yuve Yu” and “Shireg Shireg”. The acoustic rendition of “Shireg Shireg” can be seen below. The deluxe edition is available on CD, double vinyl, and digital formats.
The band also debuted their documentary, The Hu: Road To The Gereg. The movie is about the making of their album The Gereg along with footage from their tours, the accomplishments that they had with the album, a look at their traditional instruments, and narrative from the band and collaborators on their songs. The documentary can be seen below.
