The percentage of new positive coronavirus tests went down today.
The state is reporting 3.8 percent were positive, compared to 4.6 percent yesterday. The figure was 3.8 percent on Saturday.
It’s the fourth day in the past five where the total was above 3.5 percent. It had been around 2.5 percent for the previous two weeks.
There are 249 new confirmed cases in the state, and 25,068 overall.
The state has 4,776 active cases, and that’s 15 more than yesterday. It’s the first increase since June 8th.
Hospitals are reporting having 246 coronavirus patients, and 169 others are waiting for results.
There have been 745 confirmed deaths, and that’s one more.
Winnebago County has seven new cases, Outagamie six, and Fond du Lac five.
Oconto has three more. Manitowoc and Shawano each added two.
Brown has one more.
