The biggest one-day fundraiser in northeast Wisconsin will be an online auction and media-thon this year.
Organizers of the U.S. Venture Open are changing the event because of the pandemic.
Greg Vandenberg of the U.S. Venture Foundation hopes they’ll be able to reach out to new donors this year.
Woodward Radio Group, including WHBY, and WBAY and will hold a one-day fundraiser on August 12th.
The online auction will start on July 29th.
Vandenberg says their goal is to raise $4.5 million. That’s up from $4.3 million last year.
