The new project of Phil Anselmo (Pantera, Down) has released the first single “Blue”. The song will appear on the bands debut full-length album, When The Cold Truth Has Worn Its Miserable Welcome Out, which will be available on September 4th.
En Minor said they picked “Blue” as the first single because it features the entire band, while some of their songs don’t have percussion. Also the title of their upcoming album is a line in the song.
Anselmo said En Minor really started to take shape in 2012 when he met Stephen “Schteve” Taylor. He describes the music as ugly and beautiful and that it isn’t party music, instead it is “kill the party music”
En Minor is:
Philip H Anselmo: Guitar, Vocals
Stephen Taylor: Guitar
Kevin Bond: Guitar
Steve Bernal: Cello
Jimmy Bower: Drums
Calvin Dover: Keyboards, Backing Vocals
Joiner Dover: Bass
