Green Bay school administrators want to talk with city officials, before agreeing to host polling places at all four high schools for the fall elections.
The school board decided last night to wait until the two sides can meet to talk about safety concerns.
The city used the gyms at East and West high schools for the April election. There were long lines and delays.
School board member Andrew Becker agrees they need to make changes, before the August and November elections. But he’d like to see a contract, to bind city officials to making sure they don’t have the same problems.
The board is planning to hold a special meeting in the coming weeks.
