The company that runs Country and Rock USA in Oshkosh is hoping to offer refunds on tickets to this year’s festival.
Hypervibe officials say they’re negotiating with artists, suppliers, and others, to try to conserve money. They say they’ve taken a serious financial hit, and they’re working hard to survive.
State Consumer Protection Administrator Lara Sutherlin says they’ve received about three dozen complaints from people trying to get their money back. She says if someone asks for a refund, a company has up to 60 days to provide it.
If people don’t want a refund, Hypervibe says they’ll be able to use their 2020 tickets next year.
