Fourth of July celebrations are still planned in Manitowoc and Two Rivers.
Manitowoc will also put on a parade for the second straight year. The route through downtown and along the lakeshore will be longer.
Organizers think there’s enough room that people can follow social distancing guidelines at the three events.
