The state is reporting 2.9 percent of new coronavirus tests came back positive.
That’s down from 3.6 percent yesterday, and 3.9 percent on Monday.
There are 19,400 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Wisconsin. That’s 483 more than yesterday.
The state set a new daily record, by receiving results on 16,451 tests. The previous high was 13,602 last Friday.
There have been 616 deaths in Wisconsin, and that’s nine more.
The statewide hospitalization rate for confirmed cases is 14 percent.
Brown County has 16 new cases, for a total of 2,350. Winnebago added 14, for 284 overall.
Outagamie has seven more, for 239. Fond du Lac added six, for 221.
Two counties each have two more. Manitowoc is up to 38, and Green Lake 22.
Four counties each added one. Calumet is now at 79, Shawano 51, Oconto 39, and Kewaunee 36.
Sixty-five percent of all confirmed cases in Wisconsin have recovered, and that’s up one percent.
There are currently 6,159 active COVID-19 cases in the state.
