Anyone can now get a free test for COVID-19 at Fox Valley Technical College in Grand Chute, even if they don’t have symptoms. It’s open to people living in Outagamie, Winnebago, and Calumet counties. The community testing runs from tomorrow through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
