The demand for homes and cars is going up.
Both markets took a hit at the start of the pandemic, but the number of home showings last weekend in Brown County topped the same weekend from last year.
Realtor Ben Bartolazzi says unfortunately, home inventories remain low. He believes people are getting used to the new normal, and they’re taking extra precautions during showings.
The sales manager of S&L Motors in Pulaski says used car prices have dropped, because the market has been soft. He says special rates for new cars are getting shoppers back in the market.
