More rural areas in the state now have community testing sites.
Department of Health Services Secretary Andrea Palm says some of the counties with small case totals also have very low testing rates. She says they want to be able to understand the prevalence of COVID-19 across Wisconsin.
Palm believes testing, and contact tracing, are the ways to help communities around the state, including in rural areas, battle the virus.
