Governor Evers has been critical of Republicans looking to roll back the “safer at home” order before May 26th for not having a plan of their own.
Assembly Speaker Robin Vos says they want to work with the governor, and bring different voices to the negotiating table. He says they should include health experts, and every industry in the state, including health care.
If the state Supreme Court blocks the governor’s extension of the “safer at home” order, Majority Republicans in the Legislature are asking justices to wait at least six days, so they can come up with a plan.
