The state Supreme Court will hear arguments on Tuesday, in a lawsuit over the state’s “safer at home” rules.
Majority Republicans in the Legislature are trying to block the order from Governor Evers to extend them to May 26th.
Justices will hold the hearing over videoconferencing.
Conservatives have a 5-2 majority on the court.
