The state will be getting 230,000 N-95 respirator masks from FEMA.
The masks will go to county emergency managers, and they’ll be handed out to health care providers and first responders, based on their needs. The state will use some of them for its operations.
FEMA will also provide technology that uses hydrogen peroxide gas to decontaminate masks, so they can be reused.
