Prosecutors won’t file charges against an Oshkosh dog groomer arrested for breaking the state’s “safer at home” rules.
The owner of Dog Depot was taken into custody by Oshkosh police on Monday, after several warnings that her businesses isn’t essential, and it shouldn’t be open.
Officers talked with the Winnebago County District Attorney’s office before arresting the woman.
The same day, Governor Evers announced that dog groomers can reopen today, if they follow specific guidelines.
The County Health Department also restored Dog Depot’s salon license.
