Despite the pandemic and poor weather the Oshkosh Avenue Bridge project is on track in Oshkosh.
City Manager Mark Rohloff says the drawbridge is now open for boat traffic, from 8 a.m. to midnight.
Concrete work on the bridge deck will continue into June.
