A state expert believes Wisconsin will get to the next phase of fighting coronavirus if people continue to work to make sure the epidemic is as small as possible.
Dr. Ryan Westergaard of the Department of Health Services thinks there’s a light at the end of the tunnel to the “safer at home” order.
Department Secretary Andrea Palm understands there’s some fatigue about having to limit contacts. But she says if people don’t continue to follow the state’s social distancing guidelines it will show up in the state’s data.
