A worker at St. Paul Elder Services in Kaukauna tested positive for COVID-19.
In a Facebook post, nursing home officials say the person has been inside the facility twice in the past 14 days, but didn’t have contact with any residents.
Two staff members and one resident have been tested, and the results aren’t back yet.
