Evanescence have debuted the first single from their forthcoming album The Bitter Truth which will be released track by track over the course of the year. The video for “Wasted On You” (listen above) will premiere later today and was shot by each band member on their phones while in isolation.
The band first announced the release of the album and song via a tweet last week.
“We promised you a new album in 2020 and we won’t let anything stop us. We are proud to begin sharing our new album The Bitter Truth with you, one piece at a time, starting with our first song ‘Wasted On You’ next Friday!”
The official video will premiere at 11AM/CST (watch below) and include a Q&A Session with Amy Lee.
