The Smithfield Foods plant in Cudahy, in the Milwaukee area, is closed.
The meatpacker is shutting down for two weeks, after some workers tested positive for COVID-19.
Smithfield also runs a plant in South Dakota, where more than 500 workers got coronavirus.
