A 42-year-old Buchanan man is in custody on possible child pornography charges.
The Outagamie County Sheriff’s Department says deputies got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about Christian Proctor. They searched Proctor’s home last Thursday and he was arrested yesterday.
