Thursday’s planned statewide tornado drills are cancelled, because of social distancing requirements. But American Red Cross spokesman Justin Kern is encouraging families to practice their plans at home so they’re prepared.
The state’s emergency management department typically has an afternoon tornado drill for all of Wisconsin. Many communities have been holding a second one, at night.
