A Republican congressman says he tried to convince GOP state lawmakers to postpone Tuesday’s in-person voting.
Congressman Glenn Grothman of Glenbulah says he talked with them three or four weeks ago but he wasn’t successful. He was hoping to set a different date for in-person voting.
Grothman tells Josh Dukelow on Fresh Take that he opposes the idea of holding all mail-in elections. He believes it could lead to voter fraud.
Grothman admits he voted by absentee ballot for Tuesday’s election.
