A doctor at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin says coronavirus can still impact kids.
Dr. Smriti Khare is the president of primary care, and she’s concerned they can spread it to their parents and other loved ones. She says about one-third of hospitalizations in the U.S. are people under 44 years old.
Khare says while children typically only experience mild symptoms, there is still a risk.
The youngest reported death so far, was a 13-year-old boy in England.
