A surprise by Kaukauna firefighters and police helped a little boy celebrate his birthday.
Rowan turned four on Tuesday, and his mother asked for help on Facebook.
She was hoping drivers would honk while they stood on a street corner.
Firefighter Robbie Ashenbrener says they brought a fire truck, ambulance, and police cars. He says they decided to pull over and stop quickly, because Rowan was running over to them with a huge smile on his face.
Ashenbrener says plenty of drivers honked, and several people made birthday signs for Rowan.
