The state is reporting 989 confirmed coronavirus cases in Wisconsin.
That’s a 17 percent increase from yesterday’s total of 842.
Fond du Lac County has two more confirmed cases, for a total of 20. Winnebago also has one new case, bringing the total to seven.
Five other local counties have the same number of cases. Brown has six, Outagamie is at four. Calumet, Waupaca and Oconto all have one.
The state’s list doesn’t include the Oconto County case that the county’s health department confirmed yesterday.
The person in Waupaca County died. There was also one death in Fond du Lac County.
Officials across the state are now reporting 16 confirmed coronavirus deaths in Wisconsin.
The state is reporting confirmed cases in at least 42 of the 72 counties.
