At least $300,000 will be available for loans to businesses in the Oshkosh area.
The Greater Oshkosh Economic Development Corporation is working with the City of Oshkosh, and reaching out to others to try to increase the amount.
Businesses would be able to get loans between $1,000 and $10,000, with two percent interest.
