Oshkosh City Hall may be closed to the public for most business, but plenty of work is still going on inside.
City Manager Mark Rohloff says they’re shifting some staffers to process requests for absentee ballots. He says some have worked in the clerk’s office before.
Oshkosh City Hall is open for voter registration or absentee voting, but Rohloff is encouraging everyone to vote by mail for the April 7th election.
