The Oshkosh Common Council will go forward with its regularly scheduled meeting tonight.
City Manager Mark Rohloff says this definitely qualifies as an “essential service” under the Governor’s shelter in place order.
People will be able to come to the meeting and comment, but Rohloff is encouraging them to email him with comments and questions instead.
