Crews from several fire departments helped put out a fire at Proctor and Gamble’s plant on the north side of Green Bay this afternoon.
Firefighters say a paper machine caught fire, and there was heavy smoke in the south side of the building.
The call came in at noon to the plant on Eastman Avenue. It took several hours to put the fire out.
