The two U.S. Senators from Wisconsin voted along party lines in the impeachment trial.
President Trump was acquitted on both counts. The totals were well short of the two-thirds majority needed to remove him from office.
Republican Sen. Ron Johnson of Oshkosh voted “not guilty.” Democratic Sen. Tammy Baldwin of Madison voted to convict the president.
